Do you handle both the aircon and the electrical work?
Yes. We design, supply and install the air conditioning system and the electrical equipment behind it: switchboards, wiring and controls. One team is accountable for the whole job, so you're never stuck between an AC installer and an electrician.
What size of projects do you take on?
Everything from a single residential split unit to full commercial and industrial systems: VRF, ducted, cassette and chiller plants for factories, offices and shoplots. If it cools a space in Sabah, we can design and maintain it.
How fast can you respond to a breakdown?
We run a 24-hour breakdown line for service clients and stock the common spares. In and around Kota Kinabalu that usually means a same-day or next-morning site visit, with the aim of getting you cooling again on the first trip.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
We do. Scheduled servicing keeps units efficient, protects manufacturer warranties, and catches small faults before they become expensive failures. We'll build a plan around how hard your systems work and how critical uptime is.

Is a site quote free?
Yes, within Kota Kinabalu the site visit is free of charge. Outside the city a call-out charge applies depending on the area, and we confirm it with you before we travel. Either way you get a clear written quote with the equipment and scope spelled out. No vague estimates.
