Cooling Precision Services is an air conditioning and electrical contractor based at KKIP, Kota Kinabalu, serving industrial, commercial and residential clients across Sabah.
We handle the whole chain: system design and equipment supply, installation and commissioning, the electrical work behind it, and the scheduled maintenance that keeps it all running. That matters because most cooling problems are not equipment problems. They are handover problems, where the designer, the installer and the electrician each point at the other.
Doing it under one roof means one team is accountable for the result. When something goes wrong, you make one call.
Today our technicians run 17 scheduled maintenance contracts across Sabah, from hospital MRI chiller plants and shopping mall cooling towers to a retail chain with 55 outlets under one preventive programme.

We are also an authorised Samsung customer service centre. Both signboards hang on our own building at KKIP, so the brands you buy are backed by the people who answer the phone here in Sabah.
The company is registered with CIDB, SPKK and the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, and is a registered contractor and vendor to Sabah Electricity, Malaysia Airports and Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
